There are so many variations in the way players receive and release.

A cruicial factor to both these movements is footwork. By consciously controlling footwork many skills can be applied. Using the inside leg or outside leg can assist players to turn in the air with the ball, cut off opposition, double play and the list goes on. By teaching players to think of inside and outside leg will enable them to develop a range of skills.

After being coached by Melissa for 5 years I have a new appreciation of the game.
Her ability to push you harder than you ever thought possible and her dedication to the game is what built respect amongst the players in her team.
