Purchasing Support

Some of our users have experienced some confusion when purchasing a subscription via our online store.

So here is a quick explanation of the procedure...

  • In order to quickly process an order our system uses your email address as a username so that we can email your purchase confirmation and receipt on a successful transaction.
  • An email containing your username and automatically generated password is sent to your designated email address immediately following registration.
    ***You will use this Username and Password each time you access the site, so keep it safe.***
Payment Methods
  • If you are paying by PayPal you will be able to view the website resources immediately following confirmation from PayPal.
  • Access will be granted for Customers who elect to pay by Purchase Order after payment has been received by either bank deposit or cheque.

The purchasing process (Step-by-step)

Step 1.
Click the 'Subscribe Here' link to go to the store.

Step 2.
Select the quantity

Step 3.
Click the 'Add to Cart' Button

Step 4.
Select one of 'view my cart' links to view your shopping cart.

Step 5.
When the shopping cart appears click the 'Checkout' button.

New users should select the 'New' Radio button		 step6

Step 7.
Complete the form that appears, agree to the terms of service and click the 'Continue' button

Important:
We will email you your login details, so make sure your email address is correct.

Step 8.
Congratulations, You are now logged in!
Select a payment method to finalise the

Note:
PayPal or Credit Card payments will grant you immediate access to the website resources.

Step 9.
Check your final order and click the 'Confirm Order' button when you are ready.
If you selected PayPal as your payment tmethod you will be taken to the PayPal website to complete the transaction.

Once the transaction is complete you can return to the website and view the coaching resources.

Step 10.
This is the email you will receive containing your login details.

Step 11.
When you come back to the site you can log in to the site using the login a the top of every page

Alternatively you can use the login form on the protected pages.
