Specialist Sessions – New to Website

Energy Netball subscribers will now be able to access a NEW area ‘Specialist Sessions’. 

This is a new Coaching Resource and can be found under the ‘Coaching Resources’ drop down box.  So far in this new section you will find:

  • Defending the Shot
  • Distance Drills
  • Setting for Rebounds

The short videos are accompanied with explanations and coaching points.  For short videos continue to replay footage.  The first time through it will be slow when buffering.

Specialist Sessions will be a library of skills for you to pass onto your players.  This area will also develop into team work drills and strategy sessions.
